Principal Operational Strategy Advisor Job DescriptionWe seek a highly motivated and self-driven critical thinker to join our Strategic Technology and Transformation Office as a Principal Operational Strategy Advisor. This role involves leveraging data and business acumen to advise and drive strategic decision-making, optimize processes, and improve overall performance within the Information Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations that support decisions across various teams in the Information Services department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiencies, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Design and conduct studies using advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to IT strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
- A proven ability to apply quantitative reasoning skills to approach complex problems systematically.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- A solid understanding of business strategy and familiarity with IT operating models.
We offer a competitive salary range of $104,000 - $186,160 per year for this role.
