Weis Markets Sales Associate Role

As a Sales Associate in our Grocery Department, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment that meets customer demands and maximizes sales. Your key duties will include:

  • Replenishing merchandise, rotating stock, and ensuring product freshness and availability.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Stocking shelves and maintaining a visually appealing store appearance.
  • Assisting with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries.
  • Handling damaged or discontinued items and removing unsellable products.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Working effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth department operations and achieving productivity standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. You should have a completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). No prior experience is required.
