Patient Care Associate II

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Associate II to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Patient Care Associate II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Collaborate with the Registered Professional Nurse to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Perform clerical duties, including admission, discharge, and transfer documentation.
- CPR training required; phlebotomy training and experience preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent; six months of experience as a Nursing Assistant or completion of the NWH Patient Care Assistant Training Program.
