Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee equipment installation, repair, and preventive maintenance at our facility in SeaTac, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency, safety, and profitability in maintenance operations. As the key leader of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the maintenance budget, prioritizing tasks based on safety and efficiency.

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects.
  • Handle procurement, contracts, and contractor management to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Implement and review safety policies to maintain a safe work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage inventory of parts and tools to optimize maintenance operations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including fabrication as needed, to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and training for the maintenance team to foster a culture of excellence.

Maintenance Manager Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably in food production.
  • Proficiency with CMMS software, Microsoft Office, PLC wiring, and ladder logic to efficiently manage maintenance tasks.
  • Expertise in electrical schematics and circuit troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 DOE
