Job Description

The Customer Service Associate - Afternoon Shift position is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a vibrant and friendly face who boosts customers' afternoons. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Menu Expertise: Provide confident menu recommendations, answering questions and making informed suggestions to enhance the customer experience.

  • Beverage Crafting: Prepare coffee and other beverages to perfection, adding a touch of delight to every order.

Requirements

  • Able to Stand for Extended Periods: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, meeting the physical demands of the role.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with basic computer and POS system usage, adapting to new technologies and systems.
