Job Title: Laboratory Specialist

Job Summary:

The Laboratory Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for performing various routine bacteriological, chemical, and analytical tests on ingredients, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing microbiological testing procedures, analytical testing, and wet chemistry analysis (including pH, salts, viscosity, fats, moisture)
  • Stability testing, environmental monitoring, water testing, and sensory programs for finished products
  • Coordinating the storage, organization, and shipment of finished product samples
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments, developing quality assurance testing methods
  • Coordinating external lab testing programs and supporting customer complaint investigations
