Salary Information: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR/Payroll Director to lead our human resources and payroll functions. This is a key leadership role that requires strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates using various databases, job boards, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate the interview and hiring process.
  • Conduct pre-employment and background screening.
  • Support facility onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with facility managers and train/coach on employee management, development, and retention.
  • Manage payroll process.
  • Manage Leave of Absence requests and processing.
  • Address and resolve employee complaints.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years of HR and Payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. You should have excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, as well as the ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
