Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Closer to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a Loan Closer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth closing process of our mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify all loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with loan processors, production staff, and closing agents to ensure timely closing
  • Review and approve the final Closing Disclosure and Settlement Statement
  • Wire necessary funds to the closing agent within the required time frame
  • Ensure compliance with investors and state closing requirements, forms, and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of closing and/or processing experience in Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
  • Strong computer background with experience in mortgage software
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of office procedures
  • Current knowledge of closing and title requirements
  • Valid driver's license
