At Dilling Group Inc., we're seeking an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our team as a Commercial Heating and Cooling Technician. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.

About the Role
  • We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R equipment.
  • You'll need to have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical diagnostics, as well as familiarity with blueprint, schematic, and drawing materials.
  • A valid EPA universal certification is a must, and OSHA 10 hour training is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on commercial HVAC equipment, including inspections, repairs, and replacements.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with complex HVAC systems, using your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Service and maintain a variety of refrigeration equipment, including coolers, reach-in coolers, walk-in boxes, cooler display cases, and ice machines.
  4. Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within an allotted timeframe.
What We Offer
