Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Research Medical Center. This role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with departmental requirements and state standards.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of respiratory therapy, including diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures, as well as experience working with invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for and response to respiratory therapy.
- Administer respiratory care therapies, such as oxygen delivery and aerosol medication delivery.
- Assist with placement of artificial airways and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
