About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team on a travel assignment in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images of the human body for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to capture accurate and detailed images of patients
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Position patients to ensure optimal image quality and safety
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in radiologic technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a registered technologist (RT) in radiography
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
