About the Role:
Schedule all patient appointments and ensure referrals are obtained for timely and efficient care delivery.
- Meet or exceed expected productivity and accuracy standards while maintaining high levels of quality and precision.
- Provide exceptional patient experience through warm greetings, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or direct Epic experience highly valued.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
