At Lifelancer, we are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Global Service Marketing team.

We empower people to live healthier lives everywhere, every day. Our divisions, Breast and Skeletal, Diagnostics and GYN Surgical rely on our customer support teams to provide vital support across the world to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing system and business integrations, acquisitions, continuous improvement, and change management. They will be responsible for implementing harmonization of service contract sales systems and business processes across all divisions, driving increased customer experience and service revenue.

A key focus area will be to implement policy and process changes to drive service revenue and promote positive customer experiences. The successful candidate will also collaborate with Finance and service management to drive sales and revenue recognition process improvements.

The salary range for this role is $102,000 to $170,000 per year, and it's bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
