Job Summary:
The Maintenance Planner is a key role within the maintenance team responsible for developing and overseeing the maintenance schedule, ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and facilities are serviced and maintained efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assign work orders to technicians based on skill level and job complexity
  • Ensure that all necessary parts, tools, and equipment are available for scheduled maintenance
  • Prioritize, plan, schedule, and verify completion of work orders
  • Communicate with department managers and supervisors about job completion and validate the job

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is highly desirable
  • Certification in maintenance planning or asset management is a plus
