Job Overview

Advanced Drying Systems is seeking a highly skilled Mitigation/Mold Technician to join our team in the Ft. Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte area and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position with 24/7 availability and participation in rotating on-call schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing Advanced Drying Systems at all times, acting as the point person and initial responder for all assigned emergency loss cases, and defining and documenting the scope of work required for each assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represent Advanced Drying Systems at all times.
  • Act as the point person and initial responder for all assigned emergency loss cases.
  • Define and document the scope of work required for each assignment.
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with management and customers.

Requirements:

  • High school graduation or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and successful background check.
  • Current IICRC certifications, especially WRT, are a plus.
