Job Summary
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise to customer jobsites and physically unloading materials to their satisfaction. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our company products, procedures, and customer service philosophy.
  • Load and secure trucks according to sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver and unload materials in a timely manner, adhering to customer directions and expectations.
  • Record delivery information on sales invoices and relay messages from customers on jobsites.
  • Maintain pre-trip inspections daily on all trucks, forklifts, and delivery vehicles.
  • Adhere to yard loading and delivery, and yard security procedures.
  • Accurately record merchandise returns on credit memos.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform housekeeping duties in the yard and assigned areas.
  • Load customer merchandise efficiently and safely.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma required.
  • Physical strength to lift and carry pounds.
  • Ability to operate a truck-mounted forklift.
  • Desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to react quickly to problems and respond accurately and professionally.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 4-10 hours daily.
  • Ability to operate office equipment.
  • Valid Class A driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a good driving record.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills.
  • Self-motivated and dependable individual.
