Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Magellan Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office in day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative and clerical support to our staff, including answering multi-line phones, taking detailed messages, and addressing calls appropriately.
  • Client Services: Greet and assist clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Document Management: Create, compose, and edit written material, including preparing Excel spreadsheets, tracking work processes, and managing company calendars.
  • Financial Transactions: Process income, payroll, and sales tax returns for delivery to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain documents, records, and files in a paperless environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Attendance and Punctuality: Demonstrate a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
  • Positive Team Attitude: Possess a positive and supportive attitude, working collaboratively with our team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Excel formulas, graph building, and design.
  • Payroll Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of payroll procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with the ability to key 35-45 wpm.
