Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, education institutions, and other organizations to promote Indiana Tech's degree and certificate programs.
  • Rapidly respond to all leads, inquiries, applications, and students to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Meet with prospective students to qualify and facilitate enrollments, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including information sessions, education and job fairs, and other related events aimed at prospective undergraduate students.
  • Manage data and reports using institutional CRM, ensuring accurate and timely information to inform enrollment strategies.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, actively participating in idea generation and process optimization.
  • Support the strategic plan, vision, and policies of Indiana Tech and the Enrollment Management team.
  • Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation regulations regarding student recruitment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and marketing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented work ethic, with a passion for delivering results.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Slate, Excel, Word, Jenzabar, Perceptive Content, and PowerPoint.
Experience
  • Five years of work experience in a goal-oriented environment (preferred).
Working Conditions

A percentage of work is performed in a typical interior/office environment, with occasional external work and travel required. Daily and overnight travel may be necessary.
