Indiana Institute of Technology is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Representative to join our Enrollment Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the enrollment process, including inquiry generation, funnel management, qualifying, enrollment, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, education institutions, and other organizations to promote Indiana Tech's degree and certificate programs.
- Rapidly respond to all leads, inquiries, applications, and students to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Meet with prospective students to qualify and facilitate enrollments, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the process.
- Participate in marketing activities, including information sessions, education and job fairs, and other related events aimed at prospective undergraduate students.
- Manage data and reports using institutional CRM, ensuring accurate and timely information to inform enrollment strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, actively participating in idea generation and process optimization.
- Support the strategic plan, vision, and policies of Indiana Tech and the Enrollment Management team.
- Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and accreditation regulations regarding student recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and marketing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines.
- Competitive, goal-oriented work ethic, with a passion for delivering results.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Slate, Excel, Word, Jenzabar, Perceptive Content, and PowerPoint.
- Five years of work experience in a goal-oriented environment (preferred).
A percentage of work is performed in a typical interior/office environment, with occasional external work and travel required. Daily and overnight travel may be necessary.
Application materials must include a cover letter and resume. Applicants must be prepared to write a written response to the mission and diversity statement of Indiana Tech. Applications must be completed in Paycom to be considered for the position. The position remains open until filled, with a review of candidates commencing as application materials are received.
