Job DescriptionOverview

This role will be responsible for driving market access strategies with key regional payer accounts, ensuring favorable formulary status, and overseeing all aspects of payer engagement and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and relationships with key senior stakeholders at these regional payers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Market Access Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account-specific business plans, gathering key insights in the field to inform business planning.
  2. Payer Engagement and Negotiations: Engage with key decision-makers on clinical effectiveness, formulary, health and technology assessments, communicating the value of Galderma's products through pharmacoeconomic models, outcomes tools, and measures beyond randomized controlled trials.
  3. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with regional payers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive preferred access and coverage at payer accounts.
  4. Brand Growth: Develop and execute strategies to maintain or improve brand formulary access, driving growth and increasing market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree + 8 Years Experience: Or Master's, PharmD, MBA degree + 5 years of experience in biotech/pharma/payer industry with a focus on payer account management and/or health systems.
  • Strategic Influencing Skills: Strong business acumen and influencing skills to drive results and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency of U.S. drug reimbursement and access, including coding, payment, and patient access.
What We Offer
