Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting products.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of produce by inspecting and rotating stock, and reporting any issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, cleaning, and restocking shelves.
  • Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
