Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Port St. Joe, Florida. As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in providing direct student services, conducting screenings and evaluations, participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and collaborating with educators and parents to support student success.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 50 to 60 students spanning from pre-kindergarten to 12th grade. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals.
  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility for speech-language services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the development and review of IEP goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, services provided, and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements
