Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services in Weslaco, TX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 2pm-10pm shifts. The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license. Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver personalized care and services to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing.
  3. Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse.
  4. Contribute to resident care plans by sharing knowledge of their conditions and needs.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
