About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procore Support Specialist to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procore Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Procore's business model, system, and tools to optimize system use and maximize impact.
  • Customer Support: Provide best-in-class support to customers through telephone, web inquiries, chat, and email, guiding them through the process of achieving their goals with Procore's software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to escalate client cases and solve complex problems, leveraging strong collaboration skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Process Improvement: Create and distribute standard operating procedures and conduct virtual trainings to ensure seamless customer support experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative aspects of the job with diligent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Procore Experience: 1 year of Procore experience (queue-based roles, other customer support experience, etc.) and a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication skills (both written and orally) with prior experience evaluating and resolving customer inquiries successfully.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong curiosity and persistence while researching and troubleshooting problems to find answers to consumer questions.
  • Adaptability: A hungry learner with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing product.
  • Team Player: Self-starter who is excellent at problem-solving and a solution-focused mindset that proactively detects issues and provides timely solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Superb attention to detail with extensive experience multitasking and managing work independently while still functioning as a supportive team player.
