Job Summary

The Site Lead Medical Assistant plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission by overseeing all medical assistants, managing back-office schedules, and optimizing workflow efficiency. This leadership position requires a skilled and compassionate individual who can collaborate closely with the medical team to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and mentor a skilled clinical support team
  • Cultivate leadership among team members to enhance patient care and experience in a collaborative environment
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety standards, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Prepares work area and equipment for exams or procedures
  • Ensures proper intake, medical terminology, and HIPPA compliance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Phlebotomy skill required
  • Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to type 45+ wpm
  • High ethical standards
  • Well-organized and self-directed
  • Team player
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels in the organization

Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
