Hospitality Ambassador

The Grand River Conference Center, a premier venue managed by AEG, is seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $14-$15.00 and provides opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.

• We are seeking a highly organized and attentive Server who can maintain knowledge of our menu and special items. You will provide exceptional service to banquet guests, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• In addition to serving food and drinks, you will pre-bus tables, stock beverage stations, and maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout your shift.
• Your ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively with colleagues will be essential in providing a seamless experience for our guests.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, as well as prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• A Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other compliance trainings are also mandatory.
