About the Role

This is a 30-hour position with variable days, offering a flexible schedule that allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide Pelvic Health physical therapy services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team to assess and evaluate physical therapy needs, develop treatment plans that reflect an understanding of patients' ages and situations, and revise these plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.

Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensure: Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language, basic skills in math and computer science, appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population, effective problem-solving skills, ability to teach others and self-assess learning needs, strengths, and professional goals, safely execute all job responsibilities without risking injury to self or patients, and maintain variable work schedules depending on hospital/program needs to provide patient care

We offer a competitive salary range of $**85,000 - $110,000 per year**, commensurate with experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
