We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant at Premier Service Company, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in maintaining exemplary customer service standards by warmly greeting all employees and guests upon their arrival to the office.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience with Customer Service or Administrative responsibilities and possess a high school diploma or General Education Development Diploma. A background check and drug screening will be required for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Meticulous processing of invoices in alignment with purchase orders, ensuring diligent matching of invoices to statements within established timeframes.
  • Collaborative engagement with Project Managers regarding purchase orders and associated costs.
  • Communicating with vendors to reconcile pricing discrepancies not consistent with purchase orders.
  • Maintaining systematic indexing of all invoices and statements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable.
  • 3 years' experience with Customer Service or Administrative responsibilities preferred.
