Equine Barn Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will assist in the daily care of equines and support research trials related to nutrition and production techniques. This role offers invaluable experience within the animal production and nutrition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed, water, and turn out horses as part of their daily care routine.
• Assist with stall cleaning and basic barn upkeep to maintain a clean and safe environment for the animals.
• Conduct accurate record keeping for weight, feed intake, and health of animals to ensure optimal care.
• Perform other job duties assigned that are found to be necessary.

We are seeking an individual who shares our passion for horses and is committed to supporting their health and happiness. The ideal candidate will have past leadership or supervisory experience and strong communication skills. A GED or high school diploma is required, and previous equine or farm experience is preferred but not necessary.
