Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build trust
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical staff, to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives

 

Requirements:

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

 

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team

 

What We Offer:

 

Serenity Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 20 days of paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
