Life Insurance Sales Agent: Premium Growth Specialist

Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, with opportunities for growth based on performance. Job DescriptionAs a Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for conducting sales presentations, recommending products, closing sales, and using our Customer Care Sales Model. You will also be expected to continuously prospect for sales opportunities, collect premiums from policyholders, respond to policyholder service requests, and keep accurate records.
Responsibilities- Conduct sales presentations and recommend products to customers
- Close sales and use the Customer Care Sales Model
- Prospect for new sales opportunities
- Collect premiums from policyholders
- Respond to policyholder service requests
- Maintain accurate records and accounting for collected premiums
- Customer service experience
- Able to visit customers and prospects door-to-door
- Valid driver's license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage
- Dependable vehicle for daily travel
- Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle report check, and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
We provide assistance and guidance to new agents preparing to sit for licensing exams. New agents complete a basic development program that includes self-study, classroom time, role-play, and extensive fieldwork. On-the-job training allows new agents to earn a paycheck while learning their profession.
