About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at DaVita. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with patients and families.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type 60 WPM.
  • Obtained CMS-approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification.
