Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing occupational therapy services to children in various settings, including schools, clinics, and homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations under all models of care, including early intervention, education, and medical models.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, and daily treatment sessions.
  • Provide ongoing therapy services, ensuring a high level of productivity and documentation standards.
  • Participate in health promotion events and assist with program development to enhance our services.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and leadership opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
  • CPR certification.
  • TB test.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary clinic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude to support company growth and patient scheduling demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using computers and electronic medical records.
