Role Overview:

In the position of Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that will elevate our brand, support our franchise partners, and drive business expansion. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will develop innovative campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and assess performance metrics. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve overseeing our social media channels and fostering engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand recognition, franchisee involvement, and customer acquisition.
  • Design and oversee marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Manage and enhance our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and interact with followers.
  • Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Provide marketing resources and support to franchisees, including promotional materials, training, and sharing best practices.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and tracking of expenses.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including social media metrics, and provide insights for strategy optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and franchisee meetings to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • Develop localized marketing campaigns through travel opportunities.
  • Assist in expanding the team to support the brand's future growth.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar capacity, ideally within franchising or quick-service restaurants.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and producing engaging content.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the franchising industry and experience with franchise systems is advantageous.
