Job Summary:

NR Consulting is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive clinical outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Collects, reports, and documents objective and subjective data to inform patient care decisions.
Contributes to establishing individualized patient goals and develops interventions to achieve them.
Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders, communicating effectively with the RN and physician as needed.
Participates in Utilization Management or Interdisciplinary Care Management Meetings to facilitate appropriate discharge planning.

Requirements:

Active BLS/CPR certification and current LPN state license are required.
At least one year of LPN experience is preferred, with a focus on rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.

Work Environment:

This is a 12-hour NIGHT shift position, working 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, with rotational and every-other-weekend shifts. The work location is onsite at 228 Smith Chapel Rd., Mount Olive, NC 28365.
