Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work under the direction of the Physician and Practice Manager to provide high-quality patient care in the community setting. This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about delivering compassionate care and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Physician with patient procedures and perform routine laboratory tests
- Work closely with the Physician to achieve quality outcomes for patients
- Manage medication and complete proactive rounding on participants
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
