Job Summary

AHL Healthcare Group Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in Two Harbors, MN.

About the Role:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with clients and coworkers.
  • Administer medication, document services provided daily in electronic records, and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage clients in social activities, such as playing games, watching movies, shopping, going for walks, bonfires, or fishing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Available to work every other weekend
  • Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
