Administrative Support Specialist

LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling information as needed.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including at least 2 years supporting C-suite Executives.
  • Experience in a mid-sized company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and project management software (Asana, Trello), and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in the imaging or technology industry is a plus.
