Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

Aequor is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Northern Miami. This is a full-time position with a supportive environment and immediate benefits.

About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for students with communication disorders. You will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement IEPs and therapy goals to address students' communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to provide support and resources for students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
