Medical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients in the PCU/Stepdown setting.
As a Medical Specialist, you will work closely with physicians to manage patient care, identify irregular telemetry readings, and notify the medical team. You will also monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpret electronic displays, and initiate corrective action when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will require 2-3 years of recent Telemetry experience, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, and an active state or Compact license. Additionally, you must demonstrate professionalism in interactions with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $1200-$1800 per week, depending on location and experience. Benefits include Day 1 health benefits, weekly pay, direct deposit, travel reimbursement, and state license reimbursement. We also offer a $1500 referral bonus program.
