Drive-In Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
As a SONIC Drive-In General Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Drive-In to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. You will be accountable for the Drive-In and its operations, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Manage, train, and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to ensure they meet operational standards.
- Operations: Direct and assign drive-in restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain restaurant inventory levels, placing orders for food, paper, and other supplies within cost control procedures.
- Employee Relations: Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies, and practices.
- Customer Service: Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision.
- Skills: Leadership and supervisory practices and skills; effective verbal and written communication skills; basic accounting and computer skills.
Benefits:
- Compensation: $38,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year.
