Your Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and implement proven strategies to grow your business through rigorous follow-up with pipeline leads.
  • Create written purchase offers for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process.

Qualifications:

  • A valid North Carolina and/or South Carolina real estate license is mandatory.
  • You should be willing to learn, adapt, and implement proven strategies to grow your business.
  • Team-oriented individuals who are available to participate in morning team calls and collaborate with a supportive group of professionals are preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, speak confidently with clients, and nurture relationships effectively, are necessary.
  • Organized and reliable agents who can manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups consistently to maximize success are ideal candidates.
