Job Summary:

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and mobile retail applications, to process member transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-stocked.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for members.

Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
