Job Overview

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The Community Service Liaison will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating resident requests, working closely with the maintenance team, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and repairs.

Main Tasks:

  • Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate resident requests and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to address repair and maintenance needs
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and repairs
  • Develop strong relationships with residents to improve overall satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months of customer service experience; experience in property management a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
