Caregiver Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at the Arizona Department of Economic Security. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and household chores.
• Support individuals in developing new skills and maintaining existing ones, while promoting independence and autonomy.
• Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and record progress and communication notes.
• Provide recreational, medical, and leisure opportunities for individuals, including transportation and community outings.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed.
• Valid Level One fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
