About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a Tire Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels, ensuring proper fitment and balance
  • Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, and repairs
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in tire repair and maintenance a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
