Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Lakeview, OR.

This position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about enriching the educational experiences of students through expert speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate integrated support and education plans.
  • Document and evaluate student progress towards goals, adjusting plans and strategies as necessary.
  • Provide education and resources to school staff and families to help support the communication and educational goals of students.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current Oregon state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in school settings or with child-focused therapy is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
