Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is a collaborative partner with an esteemed school district in Tazewell, VA, seeking a dedicated Inclusive Education Specialist to join their team for the ongoing school year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Design individualized education plans tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
  • Provide Instruction and Support: Teach students with various disabilities, adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with Parents and Staff: Work closely with parents, other teachers, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment and ensure students' academic and social success.
  • Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress, monitor their development, and adjust instructional strategies as needed to facilitate optimal learning outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in special education is required.
