Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a specialty area.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
