We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meat Department professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and direct Meat department associates to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks and goals.
- Perform production and customer service functions to maximize store sales and profits.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department sales, customer satisfaction, and associate engagement.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and promote a positive store culture.
- Proven experience in a meat department leadership role, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building customer loyalty.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
