Administrative Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the mission of General Dynamics Information Technology. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing Administrative Support:
- Managing a high volume of taskings and correspondence
- Coordinating travel arrangements and calendar management
- Handling sensitive and personal information with discretion
- Collaborating with the Team:
- Interacting with customers, team members, and leadership via phone, email, and in-person
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the team
- Utilizing Technical Skills:
- Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
Requirements:
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Skills:
- Calendar management
- Communication
- Microsoft Office

- Travel planning
